Model: hp F2D64AV Me and my mom got this pc 2nd hand. The power is on and the fan goes fast but there is no beeping or “test fire up” like my mom says there should be usually when it starts up. There is no display either. The green light comes on so the power source doesn’t seem to be the problem. We’ve tried removing and putting the ram back in. There is 2 hard drive slots but only one hard drive. G1 and D4 cable aren’t plugged into anything.
Is there any way to fix this or a guide that shows how the pc is meant to be set up?

Double check all of the connections, power to the CPU, motherboard, drives. Unplug and reseat them. Ditto for the cable for the drive.
Does it make any beeps when you try to start it? If yes the pattern can be used to identify the area of the problem.
Do you know it was working before you bought it?
