Hi, I am going to purchase this monitor, https://www.amazon.co.uk/MSI-G281UV-Esports-Gaming-Monitor/dp/B0B52V3TC8#aw-udpv3-customer-reviews_feature_div
But as I usually use built in speakers I was wondering If anyone knowledge can help me understand If I can use the following “speakers” with this monitor just by plugging it in the “headphone out” section at the back of the monitor? (And usb brick to power the speakers)

As long as the soundbar has a 3.5mm audio in and your PC 3.5mm audio out is connected to the case, absolutely!
You can. Just be aware you may need to select the output in your computer’s sound settings, because it may default to your monitor. It could do that(even if the monitor doesn’t have speakers, because a graphics card might register audio out through HDMI anyway.
You can, however be very careful with those speakers. They look very similar to a pair of Trust speakers I ordered. Twice. Both defective.
Listen carefully and see if there’s a rattling sound, both of my units had it
I’m pretty sure you could plug in a speaker into ur monitor, i don’t get why people think that’s such a foreign idea. Same goes for headphones no? If headphones work why wouldn’t a speaker?
Soundbars like that have awful sound quality, I strongly recommend against them. You’d be better off spending a little extra on a pair of speakers. Bose makes some good ones (granted they’re usually around $120-150), or Logitech makes decent ones for cheap such as these https://amzn.eu/d/df0L07x
As long as your PC has the 3.5mm aux port for audio (which 99% of them do) you’ll be fine.
Yes this will work no doubt at all.
im actually surprised this monitor doesnt have usb ports so you could plug the speaker entirely into the monitor. so you just plug the speaker into a adapter brick or your console.
yes the monitor has an audio out jack you can plug into which it gets from the HDMI. It’s made for you to get your own speakers or headphones to use with it or your system. I have a PC and yes like one guy said you could plug your audio right into the PC but you can take it from the monitor too if you want the audio to be dependent on the monitor input (in your case a console)

I’d recommend plugging your speakers into the 3.5mm out on your PC rather than the monitor. The monitor’s DAC is likely to be terrible. Although with that soundbar I doubt you’re going to notice…
