my PC is a few years old now and for the last couple of days, it has been really slow and hasn’t been able to run any games. It has also started to shut off randomly. It doesn’t say powering off. It just randomly shuts off. It lets me turn it back on right away, but it never stays for long and it always runs. Super slow now. fortnite runs sometimes but my ping is always high and the frames are always so low. time for an upgrade or what?
i guess you never opened it up to clean the dust.its overheating as the dust restricts airflow and overheats making it shut off.
This will be your first option and also check if the fan still working
