Hello, I have Laptop with both Nvidia and Intel Graphis card. I noticed a video stutter problem and tried to disable intel graphics, after that stutter disappeared and now I can watch videos using my Nvidia card. Is this method save or Im somehow damaging my laptop? For now i decided to turn it back on and stutter came back

You always want to use the GPU over integrated graphics. Only issue is more power consumption so if you are using the battery on the go and need it to last longer, switch to integrated graphics.

You can run the dedicated card only no issue. The idea with laptops with two gpu’s is to switch between them automatically, so when browsing and doing office work to use the less power hungry one and when gaming to switch to the dedicated one. It’s also expected that when gaming you power it with the cable and when on the move working and browsing you use the battery. So it’s really an approach to increase battery use. But you can set it the way you want according to how you use it and like it.

You might need to update the integrated graphics if they are not performing well.

But it’s (IMO) best to not disable them because laptops are designed to switch when needed to dedicated GPU. It saves power and produces less heat when low demand and using the integrated.
