So, I’ve had my series S for about a month until I had a problem where all of my controllers would disconnect and the button would flash for a few seconds and reconnect. I though that was the end of it but it just got more frequent. I looked up countless articles about how to fix it. I updated each controllers software, checked the console for updates, and even reset my console, but it didn’t help. Does anyone have any other fixes for this problem?

You may need to RMA it I have a series S controller that no matter what I have tried just wont work. Unfortunately it’s beyond RMA time so I am stuck with it so instead now it lives wired.
No usb devices? That makes sense because I’ve had my old wd black external hard drive hooked up to it. Guess I’ll have to unplug it and get one of the sea gate expansion cards. Thanks for pointing that out to me!
