Got a new phone for my birthday a few days ago and the first couple of days it was working fine, but after going back to university after a weekend at home, I looked at it and it had this pop up from Amazon saying it had been reported missing or stolen and I had to report it to Amazon and call this number for details

There’s a support button which just has refresh account status (which does nothing) and an unlock with pin which isn’t working either. I can’t access my phone at all…which is a major problem.

Not quire sure what to do since I called up Amazon on a friends phone and they told me to go to Samsung and then I called up Samsung and they told me to go to Amazon

I really need access to my phone and I’m genuinely not sure what to do at this point.

    Get whoever bought it to return it. Its now a paperweight nothing you can do other than get it returned.
