So I have a Huawei Windows 11 Laptop, which I got for Christmas about 2 years ago. Today I got a notification from Fortnite ( don’t laugh ) that my driver is outdated and I thought I had to install a new one from AMD because my cpu is from AMD but my driver is actually NVIDIA. It ducked up my Sound, can’t hear nothing. We tried uninstalling. Didn’t work. We tried just changing the Audio system and did a problem check from Windows. Didn’t help. My dad tried fixing it , he updated the Laptop. I thought it was fine after , it looked fine . I didn’t touch nothing. My dad did some more stuff. Now it apparently it’s for the fucking trash, it’s cooked whatever you call it. Someone please Help me here. What should I do???

I had a similar problem when I installed nvidia drivers on my system. for some reason nvidia changed the default output sound to nvidia. On my windows 10 i had to go into the sound settings via the volume control and change the output device back to the correct one. This happened a few times when updating the drivers but its quite an easy fix. Might be worth a try.
