So I did my weekly routine check, scanned with Microsoft defender first, no sign of virus… HOWEVER Malware bytes mfound something (free version) I dont know if its a virus or not tho, Its in quorantine for now Malwarebytes

V1.2.501\SSAUDIODAEMON.MSI (I got a longer one, and I scanned it thoruhg virustotal but it didnt find anything, I got the Ublock Origin adblocker yesterday) I havnt been to ANY shady website, all Im doing is twitch, youtube and twitter)

    Yea, it was a false positive, scanned again this morning and scanned the file on VirusTotal again, and nothing showed up, the file was apparently from steelseries if I understood is correctly, and it was a windows installer package (SSAudioDaemon.msi) BUT it was completely virus and malware free

      These days unless your downloading “cutedogphoto.jpg.exe” from random sketchy websites, running it and clicking through like 3+ warnings, or your in the habit of plugging random USBs you find into your PC, it’d pretty hard to get an actual virus.
