Hi, can someone track my pinpoint or general location if they have my phone number, IP address and my name?

You can find many people’s addresses just by googling their name. You can tell what state the person originally registered the number in with the area code (first 3 digits of your phone number). Your IP is essentially useless information, depending on your ISP, an IP address can show a location hundreds of miles away from you.

Phone number and IP address: Approximate location. Exact location if there’s a court ordered warrant would be easy.

Name: Exact location may be available if you’ve made it public in the past, like in a resume, company filings, etc… Again with a court warrant it would be easier.
