My dad is an IT guy, and for years now, he’s been telling me that he installed some software to monitor my history, even when I use incognito. I didn’t believe him, because if that was true, I’d be dead by now. But two days ago, he told me he added some software for real this time. I didn’t believe him, until I heard him tell our guests about this software. I checked my laptop for recently opened and installed apps and couldn’t find anything, I don’t see anything suspicious on the task manager. (I do not know much about all of this stuff) What should I do? Is he bluffing?

Windows has a teach me tool. It creates a step by step guide for what you are doing, complete with screenshots. Other programs do that just as easily.
So, yes, lots of ways to do it.
