Is it possible that i can change my ip with location for a game, i need to keep my ip location of turkey and need to keep same location for atleast 2 weeks and then i need to contact the game devs with the same ip location after two weeks. i dont even know if its possible or if there are any other ways then vpn.

You could accomplish this by running your own VPN server on a cloud VPS located in Turkey.
What device? Is it a console? If so, you can definitely change your IP address in the network settings. YouTube can help you with that.
If it’s a computer/PC, then Click Start > Settings > Network & Internet. Under your local area connection, click Properties. Under IP assignment, click Edit. Choose Manual, toggle on IPv4, and enter the IP address (Windows).
And about your location I’m not sure. I’m an IT student sooooo
