Keeping up in case someone else has similar issues with their peripherals.
Computer booted perfectly after replacing the CPU. Initially replaced the mobo as part of troubleshooting, so I can’t isolate that it was just the CPU that was bad.
Also, learned that you cannot access BIOS unless you have a working CPU installed to process the software built into the mobo.
Lastly, buying a single stick of cheap RAM was a great way to verify my 4 sticks of RAM weren’t the issue. A stick of truth, if you will.
