You can’t just turn this on, as natively that’s not how it works.
Only real option is AutoHotKey. It can do literally anything. Any command, any trigger, any shortcut. Very powerful but very hard to use. Basically uses its own coding language.

It seems likely the files got corrupted. Common with cheap memory card flash storage, especially if it’s very old.
You can try recovery tools but most cost money
So instead of using a data transfer cable, he should just use a cable to transfer his data (Ethernet)?..
Except your solution requires two cables, and is limited by your Internet speed, lmao.
Not every weird pop-up is a virus. It could literally just be something to get you to click, so that they can grab your browser cookies, show you some ads, and track you (which all websites do including Google, Amazon, etc.)
If you run a website, you can make your pop-up look like whatever you want. Including photoshopping the official iPhone call pop-up, and using that. It’s your website after all.
I’m genuinely confused because that phone has a traditional capacitive touchscreen on it, and literally doesn’t even have the hardware necessary to detect pressure on the touch screen.
Intel releases new chips every single year. The general advice is buy what’s available, since this will always be a problem.
I’ve also heard the rumors about the new chips, but based on 40 years of computing history, Intel didn’t reinvent the CPU in one year. The new chips will definitely be faster than the old chips, but, duh. They’re not gonna release new chips that are slower.
At the end of the day it’s personal preference. How’s your laptop doing? Is it meeting all your needs at least pretty adequately, or is it a headache to use? If your laptop works just fine and meets all your needs, and there’s no rush to upgrade, wait for the new chips.
It’s recommended you just make a new user, and use that folder, deleting your old one afterwards.
If you must though, you can change it in the registry. Open CMD. type “wmic useraccount list full” Find your account name in the list, and keep note if your SID number.
Open regedit, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
In there, click the folder with the ID you found in CMD. That folder will have “ProfileImagePath” which you can double click to change your Users folder directory.
Whatever folder you change it to, make sure it exists first.
