Sounds like a CPU hiccup. Try reseating your new Ryzen 9, double-check the cooler installation, and ensure the power supply is up to the task. Also, monitor temps to rule out overheating. If issues persist, it might be worth rolling back to the Ryzen 5 to see if the problem persists.
