Use a tool like TreeSize Free (no need for pro) and it will show you what is using the storage - which folders contain the files that use it.
Do not delete things directly but use uninstall option in settings/control panel to remove any apps/games you think you don’t need any more and is using the storage.
This is a general advice and without knowing how big you drive is to begin with, what you have installed, how do you use your laptop, etc. it’s the best you can get :-)
