Ooh this is a neat issue. Haven’t encountered it before so I’m spitballing. Ramdrive Z is a temporary holder for installation files and/or backup files. So that could be related. Do you have any pending Windows Updates? What happens if you nuke those NVIDIA folders, give it a reboot, then try again via Device Manager?
The only pending windows update is for the Windows 11, which i cancel everytime. I will try to delete the folders and see what happens, thank you
