Lets say you are using Groove agent… select the track with groove agent on it. then the left side of cubase main window go to the INSPECTOR tab, then below the midi in is the outputs for the vst. click on the little arrow beside the name of the vst and a drop down menu show show you all the outputs available and just activate as many as you need. Then in groove agent right click on a pad and assign it to the out put you want. Then you can hide the midi tracks in your mixer (if you want) and it will show the audio outs… and off you go.
