You need to give us more details about your parts as there’s a chance you are missing something in the specs. The most likely option is you actually have a defective component.

Most people didn’t have problems with broadband speeds which was like 6 mbps so i think you’re fine if you are living alone. It would take like 4 1080p videos at the same time before you see stuttering I believe.
