I’m sorry for your loss.
If you have the backup codes then you can use one of those, failing that if you can obtain a replacement SIM card with the same number then you may be able to receive a one-time code via text, if there’s a recovery email on the account you could try sending the code to that address.
As a last resort you could contact support with the death certificate & see if they can help
If you hover your mouse over any links do they point to a genuine site or not?
If you change the password on those accounts & they stop then someone has been trying to hack the account.
