1 year agoAre the pin outs on the each end of the working cable the same as the pin outs on each end of the non-working cables? I’ve see a few weird modem connections which require a crossover cable and won’t work with a typical straight through cable. Maybe that longer cable just happens to be a crossover?
Weird. I’d strongly recommend getting a new surge suppressor. I’m glad you were able to figure it out though.
