Download MSI Afterburner and/or CoreTemp and check on your CPU usage/temps. If it’s too high constant over 80 degrees its too high. Check your case ventilation, thermal past and fans. A proper CPU cooler fan is more than enough. No need for liquid unless you really have thermal issues.
