So I think I figured it out. I unplugged my webcam that was plugged into my BIOS flashback port (which didn’t work anyway), and that seemed to fix the issue.

The startup is still a bit delayed, but no more clicking. I never pressed the flashback button, but I guess just having something plugged in messed with the booting process. Hopefully it stays this way.
