If there’s no sale I’ll just wait for next year. I’m just a hobbyist and I feel like the sale price is the “real” price since music companies do so many sales.

I much prefer places with an affordable price year round, tbh.

Of course they will. Everyone will. This is the time of year to stock up on software you’ve had your eyes on all year. Marketing trends are all the same, I don’t buy into “this is your last chance! Four hours left to save!” Or “this is the only time we’re doing this big of a sale” it’s all made for people to spend money fast and for them to make more money faster. Companies have sales for pretty much every holiday, so don’t be bummed if you miss out this round. There’s still new years “best of the year sale” lol

Apparently there will be no discount on Cubase 13. Or so I read on. Finger’s crossed though 🥰

Definitely won’t be NY sale for Balck Friday, which is lass than 25 days from the intial rollout. They won’t do a sale that quickly, bc they would get their Biling Support flooded with people, who made the purchase at rollout, wanting price change credits.

Spring will probably be 40% off, but before then I can’t see anything that considerable.

It’s hard to say as their cycle has changed from yearly to bi-yearly, and we don’t know how well C13 is selling. If they need a sales boost, of course, it could come at any time.

Steinberg specifically stated (on their forums) that Cubase will not be included in the deals for Black Friday/holiday this year.

Will the absolute 6 be on sale?

They might do a sale around Christmas, but it won’t be as big of a discount.

I’m definitely not buying this at full price. It is way too expensive.
