As stated on the title, I can’t uninstall 360 total security, I’m a freshmen CS student and I’m having difficulties with this issue. So I want to ask the more experienced folks here in reddit for help. I apologize for my unnatural grammar, English isn’t my first language

I tried uninstalling it Using BC uninstaller but a 2 files can’t be deleted. When I investigated, it and looked through the folder. It said that I don’t have permission to change or delete the file. I recon’ that whenever I delete the antivirus, those files keep redownloading it. This turns out to be true since I was able to witness the size of those files increasing real time using the control panel

It’s supper annoying, I can’t even disable it from start up apps.

To my more experienced seniors, how do I fix this and prevent a similar issue from happening in the future?

ps. I share my pc with my younger brother so I’m looking for ways to prevent similar issues like this. He tends to click on links without restraint.
