I bought an Asus zenbook 14x last year, and occasionally (usually while I’m watching YouTube or Netflix) the screen will instantly turn almost completely black with a few still pixels of the frame I was on before it crashed ( usually green and blue) The mouse also doesn’t work, and the audio will corrupt and play the same repeated corrupted audio until I have to completely restart my laptop.

Really sucks cuz I like the laptop, even though I’ve had other issues with a squeaky spacebar. I’ve tried some things and even factory reset my computer but it still seems to not work. Any advice helps. Thanks.
