So I am at a small business on a domain network, we recently got some new windows 11 PC’s. While adding the print server to them some show up with it, while others had “windows cannot access”. I am not very knowledgeable about networks or Print servers, but my first thought was “maybe the certain users don’t have permission.” So I logged in as different users who work on other PC’s but it didn’t change anything, so I have crossed this out. I have plugged the computers into different places that had computers pull print server, and sadly still nothing. Additional info, it is not only windows 11 computers I am currently on a windows 10 and have the same issue. I am wondering if its a setting that I messed up on something or something else, if anyone can help I would appreciate it!
My money is on the permissions set in AD for your users and groups are blocking some people and not others based on their membership
