(I’m not tech savvy at all so I’m asking for some patience <3)

as I said in the title, I’m having an issue with he blue screen of system service exeption.

I believe it has to do with the graphics card because I keep up with system updates.

Every guide on the internet says to check if the graphics card is updated, and also shows how step by step for dummies like me, but how am I supposed to update the drivers if the computer turns off before I can do it?
