Sometimes my machine will run all day no problems and sometimes multiple programs will crash, usually when running a game or something. If I reboot it, it will usually work fine. Sometimes a second reboot is required. But the crashing problem seems to be specific to each unique boot as to whether it will happen or not.

I read a previous thread on here about BSODs and some people were requesting dmp files… after booting to safe mode… here are mine.

Can anyone please help me? I’m assuming it’s failing hardware but I don’t know how to identify what piece and I’m not sure that makes sense either because like I said the machine will work all day or it will crash relatively early into gaming. Sometimes it will just force the games to close. Sometimes it will reboot the entire PC with various BSOD messages at different times.

It looks like RAM from the dump files. First try setting the RAM to 5600MT/s or slower as that is the highest officially supported by the CPU and higher speeds overclocks the memory controller in the CPU.

If it still crashes use the machine normally with one stick at a time and see if only one of them cause crashes.

As this is intermittent, you could try a Memtest86 as well, but be aware that memory testers are not super reliable with DDR4 and newer so a clean scan doesn’t mean anything. No false positives.
