Hello. I have a 2021 iMac and a 2019 desktop I believe. I have a horrible time burning discs with these computers. When I attach a usb drive with the little usb-a to usb-c dongle, half the time it doesn’t recognize the disc. I have tried with apple brand external disc drives and more generic ones I bought online. Sometimes the computer recognizes there is a disc attached but other times not. Other times the disc starts writing and failed. Once in a while it lets me burn a disc successfully. This is frustrating because I like to be able to burn discs. I have also tried with different brand blank discs. Is there any solution to this?
