i found this wizard.conf file in my desktop everytime i delete it , it comes back everytime i restart maybe it is because of valorant or adobe creative cloud i guess i have premiere pro and photoshop in my pc (paid ) i havent used any bad files idk i installed malware bytes just for it and it seems to not detect it its a virus or sumthing else

    If you think you have a virus, just run an antivirus software. Thinking that any random file on your computer is there because of a virus is not a very rational way to think about things.

    The file sounds like a configuration file of some software, and it’s probably saved to your desktop by mistake. You could simply hide it.

    From your replies here, I see that you’ve confirmed that Valorant is creating it. Indeed, Valorant has a history of bad conduct, such as mis-reporting its installation footprint, downloading over metered connections, starting Windows services that users have disabled, and creating files with Mojibake in their names.

    Hence, no, you do not have to worry about the file itself, but at the very least you must frown upon Valorant.
