I recently decided to upgrade my pc, i bought an RTX 3060ti a few weeks ago and i decided yesterday to upgrade the rest so i got the following :

Motherboard : Z690 Phantom Gaming 4/D5

CPU: 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-12600K (16 CPUs), ~3.7GHz

and RAM : 2x 16 ddr5 Corsairr at 4800

And i did a clean install of Windows, And my computer in games gives me 20 fps where with my older by 5 years setup i was getting 90+

I have been scouring the internet for answers but i cant find any. Drivers are the latest, CPU temp is fine 50’s and 60’s GPU temp is also fine, the Computer is clean, the games are run out of an SSD, The ram sticks are in slots a1 and b1. and i am going out of my mind having spend close to 800 euros for the upgrade so any help will be GREATLY appreciated
