I’m still exploring but I love frequency 2. While not a plugin, I also love the channel strip for every track.

Least favorite so far would maybe be the compressor. It is not bad at all and does what it needs but kind of meat and potatoes. I prefer my Black Rooster compressor or something with more color than this.

Stock compressor and eqs are great. Fuzz, saturation, reverb, chorus and delays all have me reaching elsewhere though.

The standard compressor is a very good tool. I use it a lot for audio post. It has a hold-function and you can choose peak or rms detection.

I love the stock compressor! Especially since I use the stock channel strip a lot. It’s right there, instantly on every track ready to do some good, clean compression straight from the mixer. I especially like to Quick Link a stack of BG vocals and dial in the same compression settings for all of them super quickly.

By far my most used stock plug is frequency. What an outstanding stock eq! Also supervision, which I use on every single project. It’s an essential part of my workflow. The channel strip eq gets lots of love here too with the ability to stack the FFT of 2 tracks and also the nice options for hi/low shelf types that have cool resonances at high Q values. Any stock plugins I don’t use as much isn’t because of the sound quality usually but rather because the interface of a 3rd party plugin allows me to get where I want to go faster than the stock equivalent. Ex: modmachine

Some splitted Parts of Supervision on a Analyzing Monitor. Multiband Envelope Shaper, and the new Valve, and Pultec EQs sometimes.

Bitcrusher, imager, distroyer and frequency 2 are great plugins. All of the reverbs are just bad compared to 3rd party plugins. I’m still waiting for a simple gain and pitch plugin.

For reverb I’m very happy with Kush Audio Goldplate, Black Rooster Plate, Capitol Chambers and Valhalla VintageVerb.

    Least favorite:

Metalizer - whenever I use it, it just doesn’t work for me. That said it is probably just a question of preference. No issue with the UI or sound quality.

    Most favorite:

Reverence (But watch out, I just bought Pro R 2 and holy shit this thing is neat)

I really like the Envelope Shaper. Also RoomWorks SE is something I use almost every time on drums.

I loveee the stock compressor. Not my favorite, but it’s pretty much the only one I use. Least favorite is the oscilloscope. In 10 pro, it’s still the one from at least sx3.

I like Tube compressor, magneto, quadrafuzz, multiband envelope shaper.

    I don’t like pitch shift, it’s a process, not a plugin tho.
