I was using hdmi cable in my pc (its a sony vaio) but when I removed it, the speakers didn’t worked. I tried to repair by setting to default but no results, can anyone help me, please?

Try right-clicking the sound icon in your system tray, select ‘Playback devices’, and ensure your PC speakers are set as the default playback device. If they’re already set as default, try updating your audio drivers through the Device Manager, as removing the HDMI might have caused a configuration change.
