Opera GX and Steam are stuck minimized but Chrome opens just fine. What am I missing please help. I’ve restarted my PC already.

You can resize a window using the arrow keys:
Windows + up maximises a selected window (in the taskbar) Windows + left snaps it left Windows + right snaps it right
