My dad is very sick and I urgently need to get our home videos playing through this device. The DVDs are all on Verbatim DVD-R which I thought this device could run, but it isn’t detect anything.

I have RiDATA DVD+RW discs which work fine but I need it to run the Verbatim DVD-R discs, please help me solve this asap.

    What were the discs made on? Sure they’ve been finalised properly?

    Could be borderline failing drive and/or borderline failing discs too.

    What burn rate did you create the DVD on? If you did it at x16 your reader won’t be able to read it
