I don’t know why it happened but I got home and I was getting a disk error, I tried repairing but that didn’t do anything, so I checked the game files and sure enough they were all just gone, I searched all through the drive and I couldn’t find them. The thing is though is that I haven’t gotten the storage back like I would as if they’d just been deleted, so I have hundreds of gigabytes of storage being taken up, and I don’t know what to do about it. Is there anything I can do about this?
did you hide the files? hidden files wont show up unless you chose to view hidden files … still taking up space but hidden.
no, i have since deleted the games, which wouldve taken the files with them
Right click the game>hover over manage>browse local files and it should take you right there. If for whatever reason its not there, check your recycle bin since you haven’t gotten the storage back on the drive.
one of the first things i did browse local files, then checked recycling bin. no such luck im afraid :(
