I have a high end pc with a 3080 gpu, intel i7 cpu and 32G of ram, however when i play high demanding games my pc does not perform well as i am forced to scale down all of my graphics settings in my games and they even crashes sometimes (My monitor is also an ultra wide 3440×1440 120hz).

More specifically i have had the most issues with mw3 because my game crashes after every multiplayer game and sometimes during the game itself. Also I cannot play the zombies gamemode at all without my game crashing. Sometimes i get an error code sometimes my game simply just closes and sometimes my screen just goes completely black and i have to restart my pc using the manual button on the case.

I have tried everything imaginable to fix this but the only thing that seems to have worked is minimising all my graphics settings and setting them to the lowest they can possibly be. This did help as now my multiplayer rarely crashes, although it still does from time to time, but i still cannot play the zombies for more than 10 mins without my game crashing.

I suspect this is because of my ram because i have a single channel setup although im not sure because i have never had this problem up until couple weeks ago. Please help me.
