pc won’t see my hard drive

I have a laptop that got hacked. Someone got in and put bitlocker on the hard drive.

I used Linux to delete the drive so I could install windows 11 back on it but it won’t see the drive. I can run the hp diagnostic tool and it says the hard drive is fine and it looks fine with Linux but the windows 11 installer doesn’t see it.

Any ideas?

When I go under cmd and use diskpart it doesn’t show the hard drive
