My computer is super slow takes about 20 minutes just to start being functional after being turned on. Idk much about computers but I re installed windows and apparently it should be running way faster but its the same if not worse. core i5. It has an sshd which might be the problem but idk. Also it has to disk check whenever its turned on. any suggestions would help.
