How to connect IPTV to laptop?

I’m in the middle of a move and don’t have access to a tv or monitor, but I have my IPTV box and Laptop. Would there be a way to watch the IPTV on my laptop screen with just my hdmi cable? Google only comes up with ways to cast/connect my laptop display to the Android box not the other way around.

Can you not access the same content through the provider’s website(s) on your laptop?
