I downloaded a malious file by accident and I can’t destroy it because it is running and Windows 10 doesn’t let you destroy thing whil the app is running please help

Make note of the file/program running and where it is located and then restart your computer and boot into safe mode. in safe mode just the bare essentials are loaded and it should not be running then. try uninstalling it then and check location to see if in fact it was deleted if not delete it manually.
restart to seee if reappears.
