Windows 11 doesn’t want to download on my newly built PC

I have: MSI B550 Tomahawk max Wi-Fi Ryzen 7 5800X3D MSI 3070ti 32GB Ram No HDD No SSD 1x 1 TB Samsung M.2

And installing windows 11 off a Microsoft usb with product key, I am in UEFI mode and whenever I try to reboot it goes straight to BIOS. I tried booting in csm and windows opened but told me my system doesn’t meet the requirements to download win 11

Have you checked that you have Secure Boot and TPM switch on in BIOS?
