  • 50% of its memory is being by these applications, most of these applications i can see are windows applications, well there are few applications maybe 3 to 4 non-windows but they aren’t using that much memory
  • I use blender and csgo so i need the memory
  • I hope anyone can guide me how to deal with this problem

    8 GB 8snt Real much for Windows 10/11.

    The average is 16.

    Windows needs around 3-4gb only to operate.

    So your 50 percent isn’t really much especially if you have one or two programs that run in the background.

    And windows will use as much ram as possible. Unused ram is useless.

    So as long as you don’t get memory errors you’re fine.

    And i would upgrade in the future.

    First, sort by memory usage, not cpu. And those apps (from the image) not really memory hungry apps.

    Upgrade your ram. Csgo (cs2?) will run just fine on 8gb, blender? Not sure.

    Maybe you can:

    • disable apps that run on startup
    • disable unused windows features
    • disable auto update third-party apps

    Then restart.
