I spilt an entire cup of eggnog on my laptop. Luckily since eggnog is thick it didn’t seep in too fast, but I tried to clean it up as quickly as possible. I soaked it up with a few paper towels and then wiped any excess of with a normal towel. Then I used a couple Q-Tips and cleaned out as many spots as possible.

My laptop is now working completely fine so far, but is there any way I can test for damage?

    Counting your laptop works fine, sounds like you lucked out, if it ever happens again just leave your computer off for a couple of days and the water will evaporate, unless you have a high end computer witch usually has water damage markers witch turns red with contact of fluid, there isn’t an actual way of telling fully
