I have a Lenovo Ideapad S340-15iil and am looking for a way to make it run games better (it’s my fathers old laptop). I am thinking of adding an SSD but I don’t know what is compatible with it and what I will need. I have done what I can within the laptop, turning on game mode and performance mode, deleting unnecessary apps etc.

You will never make this Ideapad run faster in game.

Just change it, sorry, look for second hand gaming laptop.
