Battery from AliExpress

My pc battery is fried and i see that i can get the battery for under 35 dollars if i buy it from AliExpress (they don’t have the battery in my country), so my question is: Is it safe to buy batteries from AliExpress in terms of safety. Does anyone have any experiences with batteries from that site?
