I give up. I’ve tried so many types of buds (jbl endurance run, fio kz zsn-prox, galaxy buds 2) but they all become dim/quiet/lower quality on the left side within half a year of me using them. I connect them straight to my Samsung a22. Am I cursed?! Like I am afraid to invest into anything above 100$ because of this.

Could be how your bending them. I hate earbud jacks that dont curve. They always bend and im out of hearing in one ear. Its wire tear from overtime use. The more the wires bend the more likely it is to break. Dont crease them if you fold them. Thats bound to break it. And this could happen during outdoor use. If its in your pocket when you run, it tugs and pulls. It even bends them.

Regardless, earbuds are bound to break through wire tear. Earppds have won the market but damn. They expensive to replace if you lose em often.

I have a pair of $80 Anker Soundcore noise cancelling buds.

They sound amazing (bass is really good, sound is clear), fit well, noise cancelling actually works, and I have been using them for about 2 month so far with zero issues.

In my country we have a 3 year warranty for electronics. If it breaks before those 3 years we’re owed a new one or we can choose a different one and pay the difference if it’s a more expensive item.

So… Are you wasting money or does your country not have warranty for such items?
