I bought 2x8 16 gb of ram but already had 1x8gb of ram can i still use that 8gb with the 16gb or will it damage my pc? Because i heard u shouldn’t mix ram.

Just use the 2 new ones. Its not that its bad mixing rams but for you to avoid headaches and bad performance.
