I havent got my windows password rod so i tried to reset it and delete all files but once it gets to the delete all files tabs my mojse and keyboard stop working they dont even turn on i think and i have to press the power button for a couple seconds to turn it off. How could this be fixed? I appreciate all help. God bless.
