So I have low GPU and CPU usage (both sitting around 20–30% usage), and my fps dips from normal fps (200 fps for me on most games) to around 30–60 fps. It’s like It doesn’t want to use more than 30% of my GPU. I’ve already made sure the basic stuff’s done in NVIDIA panel and the power plan settings are correct; it’s also in all games, so I know it’s not game settings.

Low GPU and CPU usage coupled with FPS dips could be related to power management settings or potential bottlenecks in your system. Double-check the power settings in both your operating system and the NVIDIA control panel, ensuring they’re set to ‘High Performance’. Also, consider if there might be other bottlenecks, like RAM or storage speed.
